Kip is a 1998 graduate from the University of Wisconsin Platteville with a degree in IT and minor in Computer Science. He founded Applied Micro in 1993. He enjoys spending time with his wife, sons, grand kids, friends and dogs. Kip’s hobbies are golfing, tennis and being on or in the water. 

Tricia is a graduate from University of Wisconsin Platteville with a degree in Business Management and emphasis in Management. She joined Applied Micro in October of 2003. She oversees operations in all locations, while performing most accounting transactions and actually diving into the computer repairs periodically. Tricia loves spending time with her husband and kids. She also enjoys golfing and spending time with friends.   

Matt joined the Applied Micro force in January of 2013. He is our main network engineer. You will often find him with his head in the most recent tech blog/article as he is always staying up to date with technology! He spends most of his time working or running after his two sons, but in his spare times he loves working with cars, being outdoors and spending time with friends (human or canine).

Joe graduated from Dodgeville High in 2011 and has been with Applied Micro since 2014. He mans the Dodgeville office, primarily working on PC servicing, remote assistance, and providing onsite support for homes and businesses. When not in front of a PC, he’s almost certainly spending time on a golf course, enjoying Wisconsin athletics, or not so patiently waiting for Winter to end.
